  17. Normal is defined as "conforming to the standard." The standard, however, varies from place to place, so therefore normal is subjective. The true definition of normal depends on the commanalities of society that has to do with such things such as clothing, speech, and way of life. It can have a positive connotation, which describes fitting into the society, and a negative connotation, being ordinary compared to others. In truth, being normal isn't even normal. Not one person can claim being exactly anyone's definition of "normal."
